it has always been really important to me to stand for something. along the journey of my life, i’ve looked in many different directions for what i wanted to stand for…ultimately who i wanted to be. i was raised by The Book, and am really blessed to have strong roots of faith in my family. we all long to belong. we all want to follow something. some of us want to be the first to follow (making us leaders), but ulitimatley we’re still all sheep. i crave headship in my life, and i chose Jesus as mine. along the joureny of life, He’s given me earthly examples of headship to help me learn to follow Him, to teach me respect, and to show me my life is empty when i focus on me. i’m still learning, and i’m still falling, but i know which road i’m taking. i know where i belong, and i can’t wait to get there! if you’re at all interested in the road i’m travelling, let me know! there’s loads of maps on how to get there, but only one road. that road is Jesus. let him help you read your map!
i hope to share with you inspirations that have helped me read my map of life better. there’s many out there, and as i travel i buy new maps that help me understand my journey better. i’ve been blessed with mostly travelling on the prairies, and the mountains are still foreign to me, but i pray for strength and i know that He will direct me every step of the way…no matter where i travel.
