weekly daybook -from the simple woman

MORNING!

FOR TODAY Friday, November 21, 2008…
Outside my window…chilly winter air, beautiful white snow covering the ground.
I am thinking…it’s FRIDAY!  what’s happening this weekend? 
I am thankful for…having an income and dh having made it past the job cuts at work thus far.
From the learning rooms…i need to work with middle dd on her preschool stuff.  she’s enjoying learning, why not embrace it? 
From the kitchen…we had breakfast for supper yesterday…it can only get better than that today!
I am wearing…really thin on patients with the girls these days.  they’re just making SO many messes EVERYWHERE i turn! 
I am creating…a bad habit of loosing patients.  time to work on myself, again.
I am going…nowhere!  i don’t have to drive for kindy, and i don’t need anything from town!
I am reading…nothing.  i really want to get a new book.  a book to help me work on myself, again.
I am hoping…that i can enjoy some christmas shopping soon.  i wish dh would get his act together and ‘help’
I am hearing…dh getting ready for work
Around the house…relative cleanliness.  thanks to a productive night last night. 
One of my favorite things…the sound of the dishwasher…and then opening it to clean dishes.  i really have to grind my teeth when they’re not clean for some reason.
A few plans for the rest of the weekend:  shopping and baking for a cookie exchange next week.
